If we do exercise daily or mediate , it gives us more energy, that is we feel more energetic and fresh, it reduces fat, laziness and person become active and healthy as well. Exercise heals everything like if we are in depression it heals us by Doing exercise , it is beneficial to our mental health also, if we want to look slim or fit either a boy or girl , exercise helps a lot in that. That glow, that prevention for various diseases ,that momentum of energy, that feeling of freshness and patience all it comes or gained by doing exercise or mediation as well.
