Health tips for youngsters to stay fit during Corona



You can either practise some Natural Health Tips or workout at home using some basic equipment like skipping ropes, dumbbells, etc.

In today's situation,  everyone know that there is corona pandemic happened in which it is in air borne disease , so it spreads through person to person in contact , By this, everyone is quarantined in their home from very long lasting all the Jim's , schools, colleges are shut down and all the daily routing of everyone has changed by this. People become lazy,  put weight , some become underweight so suming up , There is a need to stay healthy,  we have to do some exercises etc to stay fit during corona. 



There are some health tips that we all need to follow to stay in during corona in our homes only-

1- Do yoga in early morning in fresh air and refreshe yourself. 
2- Take healthy and proper diet like ,Meals ,eat  hygienic food and after taking night meal do walk in ur terrace Daily.
3- for mental health being fit , Get creative , do whatever you want to do like drawing , start your hobby everyday. 
4- Those who used to go jin or do jimimg n all,  they do exercies with their equipment like dumbbells etc. 
5- To stay healthy or fit,  drink a lot of water,  as much as your can, to stay hydrated.
